This is one of my favorite chef knives I have ever made. Baker Forge Copper Damascus go mai chef knife. 100 layers of raindrop pattern 1084/15n20 over copper, over a 80crv2 core. The handle is made from a piece of Karelian birch. The figuring on the wood handle is absolutely stunning. It has black g10 liners and copper pins. Comes with a soft travel case.
